Green grapes pickle





  1. Green grapes.................. 1 cup(washed and wiped)
  2. Ginger............................ 1/2 teaspoon
  3. Garlic............................. 10 nos
  4. Green chilly.................... 2
  5. Oil.................................. 1/4 cup
  6. Salt..............................
  7.  Asafotidia .................. 1/4 teaspoon
  8. mustard seeds................ 1/2 teaspoon
  9. Turmeric powder........... a pinch
  10. Chilly powder................. 1 tablespoon
  11. vinegar............................. 1/3 cup

  • Heat oil in a pan and saute green grapes for 2-3 minutes.keep it a side.
  • In the same oil add mustard seeds.Add ginger,garlic,and green chilly.Saute well.
  • Add turmeric powder,chilly powder,asafoetida,mustard seeds+fenugreek seeds powder, saute well.
  • Add green grapes.Mix well.
  • Finally add vinegar and switch off the flame.
  • After cooling completely transfer in to a  dry jar
