- Green grapes.................. 1 cup(washed and wiped)
- Ginger............................ 1/2 teaspoon
- Garlic............................. 10 nos
- Green chilly.................... 2
- Oil.................................. 1/4 cup
- Salt..............................
- Asafotidia .................. 1/4 teaspoon
- mustard seeds................ 1/2 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder........... a pinch
- Chilly powder................. 1 tablespoon
- vinegar............................. 1/3 cup
- Heat oil in a pan and saute green grapes for 2-3 minutes.keep it a side.
- In the same oil add mustard seeds.Add ginger,garlic,and green chilly.Saute well.
- Add turmeric powder,chilly powder,asafoetida,mustard seeds+fenugreek seeds powder, saute well.
- Add green grapes.Mix well.
- Finally add vinegar and switch off the flame.
- After cooling completely transfer in to a dry jar
