Special payasam

- Milk ..................................... 500 ml
- Water .................................... 2 cup
- Sugar...................................... 1/2 cup
- Sabudhana .............................1/2 cup
- Vermicelli.............................. 1/2 cup
- Cardamom powder...................
- Salt...........................................
Method
******
Take a medium size sauce pan add 500 ml milk along with 2 cups of water .Bring to boil .
Add roasted vermicelli and washed sabudhana .
Cook in low flame atlest 20 minutes.
After vermicelli became double size and sabhudhana became large size.
Add enough sugar and a pich off salt .
Mix well cook for another 5 minutes.
U can add some cardamompowder for taste.
I really like its aroma and taste .
After adding cardamom powder mix well.
your payasam is now ready serve hot or cold
