Butterscotch pudding



Milk-1and1/4 cup
Egg-1
Brown sugar-1/2cup
Salt-1/4teaspoon
Cornflour-2tablespoon
milk-30ml
Butter-1tablespoon
Vanila essence-1/2teaspoon
*Boil the milk till small bubbles comes out .(do not over boil)
*Take a bowl and beat egg well.Add brown sugar .Again beat .Add salt.
*Take 30ml milk and mix it with cornflour in a separate bowl.
*Add  the boil milk to the egg mixture slowly.Then filter the mixture.
*Add cornflour mix ,butter,and vanila essence.
*Put that in a stove till it thick mix well .
*Keep it in a refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
