Sesame bread rings


Maida..................:  250gm
Instant dry yeast..:  1/2 tbsp
Warm milk...........: 1/4 cup
Sugar....................: 1 tbsp.
Salt.......................: 1/4 tsp.
Olive Oil..............: 1 tbsp.
Italian Spice.........: 1tsp.
Water....................:2 tbsp.
Egg.......................:1.
Sesame seed..........:1 tbsp.

1. In a small bowl take flour, spices, salt and mix well. keep it aside
2. Take yeast , sugar, warm milk in a small bowl and mix well, keep it aside for 5 to 10 minutes or till ferment well.
3. Add fermented yeast(step:2) to the flour mixture(Step:1).  Mix the flour with the water and take it down to your counter and knead for 15 to 20 minutes with you hands.
4. In a bowl spread some oil and place the dough , make an even oil coating around dough.
5. Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and and keep it it in a warm place, for 2 hours or till double in volume.
6. After two hours punch it down for few times to release the air pockets inside the dough.
7. Knead the dough roughly and place on your counter, and divide in to small pieces.
8. Roll out each piece in to a sausage shape and pinch the ends to join and form a ring shape.
9. Make rings and place them on baking tray.
10 Brush the top with beaten egg.
11. Sprinkle each rings with sesame seeds, wait for 10 minutes, to increase in volume.
12. Bake in preheated oven in 180 degree Celsius for 10 minute.
13. Remove from oven and place it on wire rack.
14. While it is still hot, brush the top with oil..
