Gulab jamun


1.sugar - 150 Gram
2.Water - 1and1/2 cup
3.Lemon juice - 1/2 teaspoon
4.Cardamom powder - 1 pinch
5.Milk powder - 1 cup
6.Maida - 125 gram
7.Corn flour - 1/4 cup
8.Baking powder - 1 pinch

*For Sugar Syrup Boil water with sugar.After sugar melted well add cardamom powder and lemon juice.


*In a bowl add maida,milk powder,corn flour,and baking powder.Mix well
*Add sufficient water to make a dough.Add some ghee and mix well till it soft.
*Make small balls using the dough .
*Heat a pan with ghee.Fry the balls until golden brown.Keep asaide.
*Add the prepared balls in sugar syrup.Keep it for some time ,till the balls soaked well in syrup.
