Red velvet cupcake

Maida ...................: 1 and1/4 cup
Coco powder ........: 1 tablespoon
Baking powder......: 1/4 teaspoon
Salt .......................: 1/8 teaspoon
vanilla essence......: 1/2 teaspoon
Butter milk............: 120ml
Food color.............: 1teaspoon
Butter....................:  1/4 cup
Powdered sugar ...:  1/2 cup
Egg ......................:  1
Baking soda..........: 1/4 teaspoon
Vinegar.................:  1 teaspoon

  • Mix maida, cocopowder, Baking powder and salt and sift one time, keep it aside.
  • Take Butter in a bowl and beat well
  • Add powdered sugar to the beated butter and beat again.
  • Add egg and vanila essence in to the mixure and beat again.
  • Mix butter milk and food color in a bowl.
  • Add shifted ingredients and butter milk mixture  in to the butter mixture.
  • Take vinegar and add baking soda, mix it with batter.
  • Bake at 180 for 10 -15 minutes in a preheated oven .
Cream cheese Frosting

100g cream cheese
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1/2 tsp icing sugar
1/2 cup whipping cream.

  • Take cream cheese in a bowl, beat well.
  • Add Vanilla essence and Icing sugar in to this, beat again.
  • Add whipping cream , beat again.
Decorate cup cake with this cream, decorate with sprinkles
