VEG ROLL

Onion - 1
Potato - 2(boiled and smashed)
Cabbage - 1/2 cup (chopped)
Carrot - 1/2 cup
 Frozen Green peas - 1/2 cup
Chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
Curry leaves - 2
Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
Oil - for fry
Salt - to taste
For dough

Flour - 1 cup
Warm water - 1/2 cup
Salt - to taste
1.Mix all ingredients and make a dough.
2. make chapathi with this dough.
For filling

*Heat oil in a small pan.
*Add onion and fry until golden brown.
*Add salt and ginger garlic paste.
*Add cabbage,carrot,green peas, shallow fry.Then add chilly powder,turmeric powder,garam masala,and curry leavs.
*Fry for 2 mint .Then add boiled and smashed potato.
*Add filling in each chappathi ,make roll and fry well.
