Biscut base

- Chocolate chip biscuit -100 gram
- Melted butter -50 gram
Cheese cake

- curd-3 cup(hang for 2 hours in a thin muslin cloth)
- Butter-100 gram
- powdered sugar-1 cup
- Gelatin -2 tablespoon
- Dark chocolate-1 cup
- Milk chocolate -1 cup
- Crush the biscuit in a mixer jar
- Mix crushed biscuit and melted butter.spread this mixture in to small baking tray and press it well with hands.Refrigerate it for sometime
- Beat butter till smooth .Add hung curd and sugar beat well
- Soak the gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water for 5 minute .Heat on low flame until it dissolve completly
- Add gelatin gradually to curd mixture ,stirring well after each addition.mix well
- Divide the mixture in to two parts.
- Greate the chocolate .microwave it for 2 minut
- Add 1/2 of the melted chocolate to first part ,keeping the second mixture white
- Pour the chocolate mixture on the biscut base in the baking tray
- Chill chocolate cheese cake for 1/2 hour in the freezer to firm up
- Take out from freezer and pour white mixture on topof chocolate mixture .Chill again.
- After 1 hour take it out from Refrigerator pour some melted chocolate over it
- Serve after some time
