Chocolate cheese cake




Biscut base
--------------

  1. Chocolate chip biscuit -100 gram 
  2. Melted butter -50 gram

Cheese cake
--------------

  1. curd-3 cup(hang for 2 hours in a thin muslin cloth)
  2. Butter-100 gram
  3. powdered sugar-1 cup
  4. Gelatin -2 tablespoon
  5. Dark chocolate-1 cup
  6. Milk chocolate -1 cup
  • Crush the biscuit in a mixer jar
  • Mix crushed biscuit  and melted butter.spread this mixture in to small baking tray and press it well  with hands.Refrigerate it for sometime 
  • Beat butter till smooth .Add hung curd and sugar beat well
  • Soak the gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water  for 5 minute .Heat on low flame until  it dissolve completly
  • Add gelatin gradually to curd mixture ,stirring well after each addition.mix well
  • Divide the mixture in to two parts.
  • Greate  the chocolate .microwave it for 2 minut
  • Add 1/2 of the melted chocolate to first part ,keeping the second mixture white
  • Pour the chocolate mixture on the biscut base  in the baking tray
  • Chill chocolate cheese cake for 1/2  hour in the freezer to firm up
  • Take out from freezer and pour white mixture on topof chocolate mixture .Chill again.
  • After 1 hour take it out from Refrigerator pour some melted chocolate over it 
  • Serve after some time
