- Beetroot...............: 1
- Coconut................: 1/2 cup
- Green chilly...........: 2
- Onion ...................: 1
- oil ..........................:
- Salt.........................: to taste
- Curry leaves ...........: 1
- Mustard seeds..........: 1/4 teaspoon
- Cut beetroot in to small pieces .
- Crush coconut and green chilly using a mixer grinder.
- Cut onion in to small pieces.
- In a pan heat some oil add mustard seeds and curry leaves .
- Add onion and shallow fry .
- Add beetroot ,salt,and crushed coconut and green chilly.
- Covered and cook for 10-15 minutes at low flame.
