Cake pops


Vanila cake ..............1 and 3/4 cup
For white chocolate ganache
***********************
white chocolate................. 50gram
Whipping cream................ 50 gram

For coating
*********
White chocolate........... 1/2 cup


  • Crush the vanila cake with hands .Keep it a side .
  • In a Microproof  bowl add white chocolate and whipping cream .microwave for 1 and 1/2 minute and mix with crushed cake powder.
  • Make small balls  and insert a stick in to that like  lollipop .
  • Refrigerate it for few minutes.
  • Melt chocolate by double boiling ,and dip chocolate lollipop in that ,refrigerate it for few minutes.
