carpet pudding

1. Biscuit.............................. 100 gram
2. Custard powder................. 1 table spoon
3. milk.................................... 1 tablespoon
4. milk..................................... 250 ml
5. sugar...................................... 1 tablespoon
6. Whipping cream..................... 1/2 cup
7. Oreo biscuit............................. 50 gram
8. Biscuit........................................ 25 gram
9. Desiccated coconut..................... 1/3 cup
10. Instant coffee powder .................. 1 teaspoon
11. Warm milk...................................... 1/3 cup

• Take a small bowl and mix instant coffee powder in warm milk .Dip each biscuit in the milk mixture.Arrange this in to a pudding tray.Refrigerate 30 minutes.
• Boil 250 ml milk 
• Mix custard powder and 1 tablespoon milk .Add this in to boiling milk .Add sugar .Mix continuously .after getting thick consistency switch off the flame.Keep this a side
• Take it out Biscuit tray and add custard mix(after cooling completely)
• Beat whipping cream .Add this in to the pudding tray as third layer.
• Decorate with crushed Oreo,biscuit,and desiccated coconut.
