Chatti pathiri



Pan cake
*******

  1. Maida............ 1 cup
  2. Milk............... 1 cup
  3. Egg................. 1
  4. Salt.................. a pinch


  • Prepare batter using all ingredients and make pan cake using this.

Meat masala

  1. Meat............ .............1 cup(cooked and crushed)
  2. Chopped onion......... .2
  3. Ginger garlic paste.... 1/2 teaspoon
  4. Turmeric powder........ 1/2 teaspoon
  5. Chilli powder.............. 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Coriander powder........ 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Garam masala............... 1/4 teaspoon
  8. Salt................................ to taste
  9. Oil................................ . 2 tablespoon
  10. Curry leaves.................. 2
  11. Coriander leaves.......... . 1/2 teapoon

  • Heat oil in a pan add onion and salt saute  well.
  • Add ginger garlic paste ,turmeric powder,chilli powder,coriander powder,garam masala. mix well.
  • Add meat  .cook for 5 minutes..mix well.Add curry leaves and coriander leaves .
  • Switch off flame 
For making chatti pathiri

  1. Milk ............................ 1/2 cup
  2. Egg beaten with salt..... 1
  3. Pancake......................... 
  4. Meat masala................. 
  5. Ghee............................. 2 Table spoon
Take a sauce pan add ghee and brush the pan using the ghee.
Take a pan cake and dip in milk and in beaten egg put this in to the pan .Add 2 table spoon meat masala .continue the layering process .Last layer will be pan cake.
Heat another frying pan in low flame.Put the filled saucepan over the frying pan (indirect heating)
for 20- 25 minutes.
Flip the chatti pathiri in to the frying pan and cook for few minutes.Switch off the falme .
Transfer in to a plate and cut in to small pieces.
