Egg roast




  1. Egg.......................... 2(boiled)
  2. Onion....................... 2
  3. Ginger garlic paste.... 1 teaspoon
  4. Chilli powder............. 1 teaspoon
  5. Turmeric powder.......... 1/4 teaspoon
  6. Ga ram masala............... 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Pepper powder............... 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Salt.................................. to taste
  9. Oil.................................... 3 table spoon
  10. Curry leaves..................... 
  11. Warm water..................... 1/2 cup
  • Heat oil in a pan add sliced onion and saute well.
  • Add ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder,chilli powder,garam masala, and pepper powder .mix well
  • cook for 10 minutes.
  • Add boiled egg and 1/2 cup warm water in to this.cook another 5 minutes.switch off the flame.
