fruits and nut bars



  1. Roasted water melon seeds................ 1/4 cup
  2. Roasted almonds................................ 1/4 cup
  3. Roasted cashew nut............................. 1/4 cup
  4. Roasted poha........................................ 1/4 cup
  5. Roasted peanut...................................... 1/4 cup 
  6. Chopped dates........................................ 1 cup
  7. Raisins....................................................  1/4 cup
  8. Fresh orange juice...................................  4 tablespoon


  • Take    dates , raisins and orange juice in to a mixer jar and blend well.
  • Add watermelon seed,almonds,cashew nut,peanut, and poha,in to the mixing jar .blend well.
  • Transfer this in to a bowl and mix well using a spoon.
  • Line a baking tray with butter paper .spread the fruit mixture evenly in the tray. chill atleast 1 hour.
  • Turn it out of the tray and remove the butter paper.Cut in to bars.
