- Roasted water melon seeds................ 1/4 cup
- Roasted almonds................................ 1/4 cup
- Roasted cashew nut............................. 1/4 cup
- Roasted poha........................................ 1/4 cup
- Roasted peanut...................................... 1/4 cup
- Chopped dates........................................ 1 cup
- Raisins.................................................... 1/4 cup
- Fresh orange juice................................... 4 tablespoon
- Take dates , raisins and orange juice in to a mixer jar and blend well.
- Add watermelon seed,almonds,cashew nut,peanut, and poha,in to the mixing jar .blend well.
- Transfer this in to a bowl and mix well using a spoon.
- Line a baking tray with butter paper .spread the fruit mixture evenly in the tray. chill atleast 1 hour.
- Turn it out of the tray and remove the butter paper.Cut in to bars.
