Home made bounty chocolate bar
- Cream.................. 1/4 cup
- Sugar.................... 1 table spoon
- Butter..................... 1 table spoon
- Desiccated coconut.. 1/2 cup
- Milk chocolate.......... 50 gram
- In a sauce pan add fresh cream,sugar,and butter.cook for 5 minutes.
- Add desiccated coconut mix well.Continue cooking until all combines together.
- Take a tray and spread butter paper .
- Transfer the above mixture in to the tray press it gently.
- Refrigerate it for 6 hours.
- Take it out and cut them in to rectangle pieces.
- Melt chocolate and dip the cut pieces in to the chocolate and keep it aside to dry
