Chocolate brownie

1. Whole wheat flour .................... 1 cup
2. Coco powder ............................. 1/3 cup
3. Baking powder .......................... 1/4 teaspoon
4. Baking soda ............................... 1/4 teaspoon
5. Butter .......................................... 25 gram
6. Curd ............................................. 1/3 cup
7. Powdered sugar ........................... 1/2 cup
8. Egg ............................................... 2
9. Vanilla essence ............................. 1/2 teaspoon
10. Chocolate chips ............................ 1/4 cup
11. Cashew nut .................................... 2 table spoon

* Sift wheat flour,baking powder,baking soda and coco powder.Keep it a side.

*Take a bowl add eggs and vanilla essence.Beat well until it gets double volume.

*Add powdered sugar,butter and curd in to this .Beat well.

*Add sifted ingredients and mix well.

*Add chocolate chips and cashew nut .mix slowly.

*Transfer this mixture in to a baking tray.

*Bake this in preheated oven at 150 degree for 30 minutes.
