cooker payasam



Biriyani  rice............. 1/3 cup
Milk ......................... 500 ml
Sugar ........................ 1/2 cup
Salt............................ a pinch
Cashew nut................ 1 teaspoon
Raisins....................... 1 teaspoon


  1. Put all ingredient in to a small cooker(3 litre) til first whistle come slim the flame  and cook for 15 minutes .
  2. switch off the flame and allow to cool.
  3. Add fried cashew nut and raisins.
