Microwave turkish deligt

1. Water......................... 3/4 cup
2. Sugar.......................... 1/2 cup
3. Gelatin........................ 1 tablespoon
4. Icing sugar.................. 1/2 cup
5. Corn flour................... 2 table spoon
6. Vanilla essence........... 1/8 teaspoon
7. Food colour................. a pinch
8. Icing sugar .................. 3 table spoon(for rolling)

• Take a microwave safe bowl add water,sugar and gelatin
• Microwave on high power for 7 minutes.Take it out and stir well.cook another 7 minutes.
• Add sifted icing sugar and corn flour.in to this .Stir well.Microwave for 4 minutes.
• Add red food colour and vanilla essence .Mix well
• Pour this in to a greased  tray
• Refrigerate for 2 hours.
• Take it out and cut in to small pieces.
• Roll in icing sugar.serve.
