- Milk ........................... 500 ml
- Almond....................... 1/4 cup
- Saffron......................... a pinch
- Milk maid.................... 3 tablespoon
- Soak almond for 4-5 hours and remove its skin .
- Take a small mixer jar put almond in it add 2 tablespoon hot milk and make a fine paste.
- Boil milk in low flame . cook for 10 minutes. Add milk maid,saffron,and almond paste in it. Mix well, cook another 10 minutes .Switch off the flame.
- Serve hot or cold.
