Badam milk




  1. Milk ........................... 500 ml
  2. Almond....................... 1/4 cup
  3. Saffron......................... a pinch
  4. Milk maid.................... 3 tablespoon



  • Soak almond for 4-5 hours and remove its skin .
  • Take a small mixer jar put almond in it add 2 tablespoon hot milk and make a fine paste.
  • Boil milk in low flame .  cook for 10 minutes.    Add milk maid,saffron,and almond paste in it. Mix well, cook another 10 minutes .Switch off the flame.
  • Serve hot or cold.
