GARAM MASALA



  1. Fennel seed..................... 2 table spoon
  2. Cinnamon stick................ 2
  3. Clove................................ 1 tablespoon
  4. Green cardamom............... 1 tablespoon
  5. Pepper corn........................ 1 tablespoon
  6. Starannise........................... 1 n
  • Dry roast all ingredients and let it cool down completely and  transfer in to a blender make a fine powder.
  • After cooling completely transfer in to a dry jar.
