mango ladoo




  1. Mango puree.......................... 1/2 cup
  2. Paneer (grated)....................... 1/4 cup
  3. Granulated sugar...................... 1/4 cup
  4. Cardamom powder................. a pinch
  5. Desiccated coconut................. 1/3 cup
  6. Ghaee........................................ 3 teaspoon

  • Heat mango puree in a pan, add Paneer ,Sugar,and Cardamom powder, mix well
  • Add 2 teaspoon ghee and mix well 
  • When the mixture started to leave the sides of the pan switch off the flame .
  • After cooling completely make small balls using the dough.
  • Roll the dough in desiccated coconut.
