Parippu vada





  1. Toor dal...............1/2 cup(soaked 2 hours
  2. Onion .................. 1(small)
  3. Green chilly.......... 2
  4. Turmeric powder.... 1/4 teaspoon
  5. Ginger..................... 1/4 teaspoon
  • Using a mixer  jar blend  toor dal and keep it a side
  • Cut onion in to small pieces .Cut ginger in to small pieces 
  • In a bowl add toor dal,onion ,ginger ,salt and turmeric powder.mix well with your hands.
  • Heat oil in a pan .Make small balls using the dough and press the centre .Deep fry this and serve hot.
