Ingredients
- Almond.................... 1/4 cup
- Cashew nut............... 1/4 cup
- Fresh cream................ 1/4 cup
- Sugar........................... 1/4 cup
- Milk.............................. 2 tablespoon
- Ghee.............................. 2 teaspoon
Method
- soak almond and cashew nut in hot water for 1 hour.Remove the skin of almond.
- Take a blender add almond and cashew nut and 2 tablespoon milk .Blend well.
- Heat blended mixture ,fresh cream ,and sugar in a saucepan .Mix well.
- Add 1 teaspoon ghee in to this mix well.
- When it started to leave from the sides of the pan switch of the flame.
- Transfer this in to a graced tray .Cut in to any shape.
