Ingredients
- Banana................. 2
- Sugar.................. 1/2 cup
- Water.................. 1/3 cup
- Ghee................... 1/4 cup
- Cardamom powder........ 1 teaspoon
Method
- Boil banana . Peel and cut in to small pieces .Make a fine paste using mixer jar.Keep it a side.
- Take sugar in a non-stick pan ,add 1/3 cup water .When sugar melts completely add banana paste .Mix well.
- Pour in the ghee little by little for every 3 minutes along the sides and stirring continuously.
- Halwa start changing brown in colour.
- Keep on stirring until the halwa releases the ghee along the sides and comes to the rolling consistency.
