Bread pudding

Ingredients

1. Bread....................... 4 slice
2. Milk.......................... 1 cup
3. Milk maid.................. 1/2 tin
4. Custard powder.......... 1 tablespoon
5. Vanilla essence..........  1/4 teaspoon

Method

• Take a  mixer jar and blend bread slices.Keep it a side.
• Take  a sauce pan add milk,milk maid,custard powder and mix well.
• Cook the mixer in a low flame .Add vanilla essence and  bread crumbs.
• Pour this mixer in a pudding tray.Refrigerate  for some time.
