Ingredients
- Fig........................... 50 gram
- Cashew nut............. 1 tablespoon
- Dates....................... 50 gram
- Raisins.................... . 1 tablespoon
- Almond.................... 1 tablespoon
- Milk.......................... 2 cup
- Ghee........................ 2 tablespoon
- Milk maid................ 3 tablespoon
Method
- Soak fig and dates in 1 cup of hot milk ,for an hour.
- Cook dates and fig in the same milk.For 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let it cool completely .Make a fine paste using mixer grinder.Keep it a side.
- Heat ghee in a pan add fig dates paste and 1 cup of milk ,add milk maid .Mix well.
- Add ghee little by little.
- When the mixture starts to leave the sides of the pan .Switch off the flame .
- Transfer this in to a graced tray .After cooling completely cut in to any shape.
