Ingredients
- Arrow root biscuit................. 12 nose
- Bread slice............................. 3
- Coffee powder....................... 1/4 teaspoon
- Peanut chikki......................... 1/2 cup
- Custard powder...................... 1 tablespoon(straw berry flavour)
- Milk........................................ 1 cup +1/4 cup
- Whipping cream..................... 1/2 cup
- Water....................................... 1/4 cup
Method
- Boil milk add custard powder in it .Make custard.
- Mix hot water and coffee .Keep it a side.
- Take a pudding tray dip biscuit in coffee mix and layer the biscuit .
- Spread peanut chikki above the biscuit layer.
- Dip bread slices in 1/4 cup milk and layer it.
- Pour custard mixture .Refrigerate for 1/2 an hour.
- Beat whipping cream until soft peaks are formed.spread this above the custard layer.
- Refrigerate at least 4 hours and serve.
