Papaya Burfi




Ingredients:

  1. Ripe papaya............ 1 cup(blended)
  2. Ghee........................ 2 tablespoon
  3. Milk powder............. 1/2 cup
  4. Sugar......................... 1/2 cup

Method


  • Heat  1 table spoon ghee in a pan add blended papaya and milk powder.
  • Saute papaya mixture in low flame.Add 1/2 cup sugar in to this.mix well. Add 1 table spoon ghee and cardamom powder..Keep stirring continuously till mixture thickened  and colour turns dark.Switch off the flame.
  • Transfer this in to a greaced tray .
  • Sprinkle some cashew nut .Gently press using a spoon .After cooling completely cut  in to any shape.
