Vanilla ice cream

Ingredients

1. Milk.................................... 1 cup
2. Vanilla essence................... 1 teaspoon
3. Sugar................................... 1/2 cup
4. Cornflour............................. 1 tablespoon
5. Milk powder........................ 1/3 cup
6. Whipping cream.................. 1 cup

Method

• Take a bowl add 1/4 cup milk and add cornflour in to this ,mix well.Keep it a side.
• Boil milk add sugar,milk powder,corn flour in to this.Stir continuously .Add vanilla essence.
• When it started to thick switch off the flame and keep it a side.
• Take a bowl add whipping cream and beat well.
• Add milk mixture in to the whipping cream and beat well.
•   Transfer  ice cream in to a container close the lid .Refrigerate over night.
