Ingredients
- Black gram......................... 1/2 cup
- Onion.................................. 1
- Ginger garlic paste.............. 1 teaspoon
- Chilli powder...................... 1/2 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder................. 1/2 teaspoon
- Coriander powder................. 1 teaspoon
- Shredded coconut.................. 1/3 cup
- Water...................................... 1 cup
- Salt.........................................
- Oil.......................................... 2 tablespoon
Method
- Take pressure cooker add black gram ,water and salt cook for 15 minutes.switch off the flame.
- Heat oil in a pan saute onion .Add chilli powder,turmeric powder,Coriander powder.Saute well.
- Take small mixer jar add coconut and a small amount of cooked black gram. Grind well.
- Add this in to the onion and add some water if needed .
