kanjivellam halwa




  1. Kanjivellam............... 1 cup
  2. Rice flour.................. 1/4 cup
  3. Sugar......................... 1/4 cup
  4. Cardamom powder..... a pinch
  5. Salt............................. a pinch
  6. Ghee.......................... 5 teaspoon
  • In a bowl add kanjivellam and Rice flour mix well.Strain it.
  • Take a pan add strained mixture ,Switch on flame stir well.
  • After some it will started to thickened add sugar,salt,cardamom powder,food colour and 1 teaspoon ghee.
  • After 3 minutes add 1 teaspoon ghee .
  • When it started to leave the sides of the pan add remaining 3 teaspoon ghee mix well.
  • Transfer this in to a greaced  tray and keep it a side.
  • After cooling completely cut it in to any shape.
