- Kanjivellam............... 1 cup
- Rice flour.................. 1/4 cup
- Sugar......................... 1/4 cup
- Cardamom powder..... a pinch
- Salt............................. a pinch
- Ghee.......................... 5 teaspoon
- In a bowl add kanjivellam and Rice flour mix well.Strain it.
- Take a pan add strained mixture ,Switch on flame stir well.
- After some it will started to thickened add sugar,salt,cardamom powder,food colour and 1 teaspoon ghee.
- After 3 minutes add 1 teaspoon ghee .
- When it started to leave the sides of the pan add remaining 3 teaspoon ghee mix well.
- Transfer this in to a greaced tray and keep it a side.
- After cooling completely cut it in to any shape.
