 Caramal sauce without fresh cream

Milk...............................1/4 cup +2 teaspoon

Sugar................................1/4 cup

Salt................................... a pinch




Method

******

Take a saucepan add sugar .Cook in medium flame after some time the colour of the sugar lightly 

change .

Do not  stir the sugar .

When the sugar is caramalised completly  switch off the flame.

Add a pinch of salt  in to this.

Heat milk in another pan.

Slowly add warm milk in to caramalised sugar.

Mix well.

Now caramel sauce is ready.
