How are u all.Hope u are doing good .

Today  i am going to preapare really easy and healthy smoothie .

I know u really like this one .Now we can satrt our prepation .only  a few ingerdiants we needed ,.

They are here .

 

 Dates smoothie

Milk ............ 1/4 cup

Curd ............ 1/4 cup

Sugar ............ 1 tablespoon

MT R Badam mix .............. 1 tablespoon

Dates ............... 2




Methode

Take a mixer jar add milk ,curd ,sugar,MTR badam mix  and Dates .

Blend well .

Our easy tasty smoothie is ready .
