Easy vermicelli payasam





 Vermecelli............................... 1/2 cup

Milk ....................................... 500 ml

Salt ....................................... a pinch

Sugar ................................... 1/4 cup 

Condensed milk ................. 1/4 cup 

Water ................................. 1 cup 



Methode

 We can start our cooking.I am cooking payasam in cooker .

so we need to take a cooker .Here  i am using  3 liter presssure cooker.

Heat cooker and add some ghee .I am using 2 teaspoon ghee.

Add vermicelli (u can use roasted or normal vermecelli ).

Here i am using normal vermeelli.

so roast vermicelli  until it change its colour.

Then add normal milk .

And one cup normal water .

Add salt .Just for a taste.

Add sugar and some condensed milk .If u are not using condensed milk u can  increase the sugar level.

Then take a spoon  and mix all ingrediants and cover the cooker .

Cook on high flame .

After  first whistle switch off the flame.

Our super  easy and  super tasty  vermicelli payasam is now ready.
