Lemon-1/2piece Powdered sugar - 2 tablespoon Basil seed - 1 teaspoon Water - 3/4 cup Ice cubes - *Soak basil seed for 5-10 minuts. *In a glass add Lime juice ,sugar,basil seed,Ice cubes and Water. *Cover with another glass and shake well.

Green grapes pickle

Green grapes.................. 1 cup(washed and wiped) Ginger............................ 1/2 teaspoon Garlic............................. 10 nos Green chilly.................... 2 Oil.................................. 1/4 cup Salt.............................. Asafotidia .................. 1/4 teaspoon mustard seeds................ 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder........... a pinch Chilly powder................. 1 tablespoon vinegar............................. 1/3 cup Heat oil in a pan and saute green grapes for 2-3 minutes.keep it a side. In the same oil add mustard seeds.Add ginger,garlic,and green chilly.Saute well. Add turmeric powder,chilly powder,asafoetida,mustard seeds+fenugreek seeds powder, saute well. Add green grapes.Mix well. Finally add vinegar and switch off the flame. After cooling completely transfer in to a dry jar

Vermicelli bites

Hello dears, How are you ? hope you are doing good. Today i am going to prepare vermiclli bites.This is really easy and tasty recipe. we need only 4 ingrediants for this recipe. Then we can start our cooking. Vermicelli ,condensed milk,butter and some milk are the ingrediants. You can use either roasted vermicelli or normal vermicelli. Here i am using roasted vermicelli . First time i used normal vermicelli both give same taste. Now lets get start Vermicelli bites ************ Roasted vermicelli............................. 1cup Condensed milk.................................. 1/4 cup Milk .................................................... 1/4 cup Butter ................................................... 1 -2 teaspoon Method ******** First we need a pan to roast our vermicelli. I used butter for roasting vermicelli. You can also use ghee instead of butter. Roast vermicelli 2 to 3 minutes.Slowly pour our sweet ingrediant condensed milk ...
